WarpCam®

THE WAY IN - HANDHELD TO HORSEBACK

IN ONE TAKE

It defines the result, not the rig: immersive movement across handheld, vehicles, horseback, FPV and spaces conventional cinema cameras cannot reach. The Floating Action Unit can detach, join, stay or advance between First Unit, Second Unit and Splinter Unit—bringing WarpCam® coverage, stunt design and post-ready delivery into the action plan.

WARPCAM® FAQ

What is WarpCam®?

WarpCam® is a camera ecosystem built for immersive, close-proximity action coverage—not a single rig. It moves across handheld, pole, FPV drone, RC and vehicle configurations while keeping one visual language.

What kinds of shots is WarpCam® designed for?

It is designed to put the audience inside practical action: close to performers, vehicles and movement, including spaces and angles conventional cinema-camera builds may not reach efficiently.

Is WarpCam® offered as a standalone camera rental?

No. WarpCam® is deployed as an operated unit, so camera movement, configuration and on-set workflow stay connected to the demands of the action.

How portable is the WarpCam® system?

The core package—cameras, lenses, remotes, uplinks and power—fits into a Pelican™ 1650 case, allowing the unit to work with a compact footprint and move quickly between setups.

WarpCam® is an ecosystem, not a single rig.

It starts handheld, because that is where the real angles live. Then it scales:  vehicle, FPV-drone, motorcycle, horseback.

The point is access. Fast access. Tight access. Stable access. We put the camera where other builds cannot go, and we get there without slowing the stunt down.

And when the day gets rough, it keeps rolling. This is a unit, not a rental.

We do not ship gear. We deploy a unit.

WarpCam® is a camera ecosystem built for stable, close-proximity coverage at speed. Handheld first, then pole, FPV drone, RC, and vehicle mounts.

  • The Gray Man Russo Brothers WarpCam® prototype nicknamed PogoCam, operated side by side with Ryan Gosling in the tram fight
  • Fast X — Ultra-Flat under-car shots, WarpSpeed®-enabled FPV drone chase, close-proximity motorcycle work with Jason Momoa
  • 21 Bridges Chadwick Boseman — tight close-quarter pursuits inside an urban manhunt
  • Jawan Shah Rukh Khan — signature wrap-around hero shots and of course WarpSpeed® in the air

HEAVY GEAR KILLS MOMENTUM.

Studio cameras are anchors. They require carts, cables, and time. In an action sequence, time is the enemy. We stripped the fat. The core camera package—body, selected lenses, controls, uplink and batteries—can be configured around a Pelican 1650 case; platform-specific mounts and vehicles travel separately. The compact footprint is built for faster selected setups and flexible camera movement on action units.

Two Warpcams securely stored inside two Pelican™ 1650 Protector Cases.

MIRRORED REDUNDANCY.

IF IT BREAKS, WE DON'T CUT.

In the kill zone, equipment is a casualty of war. When you are filming inches from a crash or inside an explosion, gear gets destroyed. That is the reality of the job.

We don't rely on luck; we rely on Mirrored Redundancy. Every WarpCam® unit travels with a clone. If a drift car smashes the primary rig or a pyrotechnic charge melts the housing, we don't shut down the day. We open the second case.

A mirrored backup configuration can reduce downtime if a primary rig is damaged. We don’t just pack light. We pack for the worst-case scenario.
